Before you make a decision on purchasing a property, you should know the locations, features and prices of properties that are for sale in your target area. We have access to a comprehensive computer database of properties that are currenty listed for sale with area Realtors. Many of these properties are not regularly advertised, and do not necessarily display a for sale sign, and the majority are not listed on the Internet. So the professional Realtor listing database is the only place that they can be found.
We can also search the database for properties that have been sold during the last year. The mortgage compnay will use these comparable properties, called "comps", as the basis for their apprasial of the property that you intend to purchase. You can use a listing of these "comps" to determine how much you should offer for a similar property.

Just give us a location (Zip code, neighborhood, or specific streets), the number of bedrooms and baths, the price range, and any other features that you desire, and we can create a custom search list.
